Create delicious ice cream using this
commercial-quality machine,
which produces up to 2 quarts ( 1.5Kg )
of ice cream in less than 20 minutes.
The Stella Ice Cream Maker has a
self-contained freezer-compressor, which
does not require pre-freezing.
This unique feature enables ice cream to
be made with quick turn-around time
between batches.
A timer, working in conjunction with the
Churn and Chill switch, makes operation simple.
Made of heavy-gauge stainless steel, this
machine includes a removable stainless steel blade.
Stainless steel bowl is non-removable, yet easy to
clean.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Plug outfit into any single – phase 220 volt
outlet (or other specified on outfit’s plate)
Rotate timer knob turn in the clockwise direction.
Operate “Spatola” and “Cold” switches to check
outfit’s operation while still empty.
If operations is OK add ice cream mixture while outfit
is off.
MIXTURE SHOULD NOT BE HOT OR EXCEED CORRECT AMOUNT
TO START:
Set timer knob on 40 minutes.
As these will elapse, outfit will stop.
IMPORTANT As timer incorporates a friction
clutch system, time knob may be rotated in
either direction to obtain correct time setting.
Outfit should not be stopped while it is running,
if at all possible. Should it be stopped, wait a few
minutes before turning it on again.
To make ice cream removal easier when ready,
turn off “cold” switch 2 minutes before operating
time is over (but allow mixing to continue).
This will result in a smoother, mellower ice cream
and make removal easier.
TO CLEAN:
Remove mixer unit after loosening retaining screw
Wash bowl. Replace mixer unit (be sure to reposition
It correctly and to prevent wetting of main spindle).
MAINTENANCE:
Your outfit requires no particular maintenance or
Lubrification, if properly used.
Clear lid allows viewing of contents as it processes.

FEATURES:
Serve homemade, low or medium overrun ice cream, gelato,
sorbet or Italian ice. Fruits, candies and nuts can be
folded in as product is being drawn into your container.
Product may be ejected at temperatures low enough for
serving, depending on mix formulation, flavourings and
overrun desired.
FREEZING CYLINDER:
One, 3 quart (2.9 liter). Pre-charge of liquid mix
determines overrun.
AUTOMATIC TIMER CONTROL:
Finished product quality is automatically controlled by
setting the time required for the recipe. A buzzer will
sound to remind the operator to eject the finished
product.
FUNNEL:
Liquid mix and flavourings are poured into the top,
using
the convenient funnel provided. |
