| The Niagara is a compact
single speed conveyor washes up to 100 baskets per hour and is ideal
solution for small and medium sized operations. Niagara 2150 ,for its
compact dimensions, its contained cost and its extreme versatility can
profitably substitute, without increasing utilisation costs, a hood dish
washer in all of those cases in which one finds one's operation facing
an elevated daily or seasonal work load fluctuation. Moreover it is
possible to invert the direction of the flow of the machine: change the
kitchen layout if you like, not the dishwasher. |

The Ergonomic and versatile
hood type dish washer (hood opening 410mm) can wash pizza plates and
Gastronorm 1/1 trays; the theoretical output can reach 900 plates /hr.
Two selectable cycles, in line or corner installations are possible
without modifications. The reduced hood lift strength and easy to clean
construction make the operators fatigue lower and their efficiency
higher. Twice less noisy than an old generation unit. |
